On 29 March was held the International Conference I-ESA 2016, organized by the School of Engineering of the University of Minho on behalf of INTEROP Portuguese Pole (PtRP) and INTEROP-VLab (International Virtual Laboratory for Enterprise Interoperability).

PRODUTECH recognized internationally as Cluster of Excellence
Last July 7th, PRODUTECH received the certificate 'Gold Label of the European Cluster Excellence Initiative', awarded by ESCA - The European Secretariat for Cluster Analysis. This certificate is the highest level of international recognition for clusters and its management.

On November 20th-21st took place at Exponor, Leça da Palmeira, the initiative “Jornadas da Manutenção” of the Portuguese Association of Industrial Maintenance (APMI) – a 2 day event dedicated to the discussion of the main trends, projects and solutions within the fields of industrial maintenance.
PRODUTECH partnership demonstrates in IDEPA innovative production technologies
PRODUTECH in partnership with CATIM presented on the 6th of November in pilot units installed in IDEPA, advanced solutions in the fields of intelligent manufacturing systems, quality control and energy and environmental efficiency, designed and implemented with innovative production technologies developed in Portugal, and arise from results generated under the PRODUTECH Mobilizing Project.
Presentation session of strategic studies to the Production Technologies Sector
PRODUTECH, in partnership with Augusto Mateus & Associados, the Centre for the Study of Applied Economics and Management (CEGEA) of Universidade Católica Portuguesa, and Sociedade Portuguesa de Inovação (SPI), organized a session to present three strategic studies to the Production Technologies Sector, last September 27.
ManuFuture 2013 Conference
PRODUTECH will be present at the ManuFuture Annual Conference, that will be held in Vilnius, from October 6 to 8, 2013. It is part of the official programme of the Lithuanian Presidency of the Council of the European Union (EU) in the second half of 2013.

46th CIRP Conference on Manufacturing Systems
CENI, CIRP, Instituto Politécnico de Setúbal and PRODUTECH organized the 46th CIRP Conference on Manufacturing Systems, took place in Sesimbra, Portugal on May 29th to 31st, 2013. This edition’s the theme was “Economic Development and Wealth through Globally Competitive Manufacturing Systems”.

On April 3rd took place at IPAM Oporto an evaluation session of PRODUTECH PSI and PRODUTECH PTI projects, which are an integrant part of the R&D and Demonstration Umbrella Project of the Portuguese Production Technologies Cluster.

On March the 20th took place another PRODUTECH OPENDAY, in partnership with RECET, this time along with CTIC and Curtumes Boaventura. This company produces and commercializes leather, having customer satisfaction as its main priority, as well as respecting the environment and surrounding community.
World Manufacturing Forum
PRODUTECH was present at “World Manufacturing Forum” which took place on 16, 17 and 18 October 2012 in Stuttgart, Germany. The conference theme was “Smart Policies for Global Manufacturing Innovation”
MANUFUTURE Platform supports European Industrial Technologies Conference
The MANUFUTURE Platform, the organization representing the major European industries and research organizations in the field of manufacturing, is currently supporting the European Industrial Technologies Conference, which will take place on 7, 8 and 9 September 2010. Organized by the European Commission, the conference is also supported by the Belgian EU Presidency.
Information Day on PPPs 2010
Applications are now open for the Information Day 2010 on the three Public Private Partnerships (PPP) “Energy-efficient Buildings”, “Factories of the Future” and “Green Cars”, which will take place on 9 July 2010, at the Charlemagne Building, in Brussels.
MANUFUTURE 2009 Conference
The Conference MANUFUTURE 2009 – Implementation of a Sustainable European Manufacturing Industry took place on 30 November and 1 December at the Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre in Gothenburg, Sweden.
