INVESTORS DAY will bring together Investors and Startups looking for funding, at UPTEC
On January 24 at 11am will be held, the INVESTORS DAY, at UPTEC Asprela I.
UPTEC - Science and Technology Park of the University of Porto, is one of the 19 partners of PRODUTECH DIH.
The Investors Day will open the community doors to investors. In this event will be present five investors, Bynd, Armilar, Indico, Bright Pixel e Semapa Next.
Armilar is investing in projects focused on data, digitalisation or connectivity, while Bright Pixel is focused on retail, cybersecurity and digital infrastructure companies. Indico seeks companies in the areas of Web3, Artificial Intelligence, big data, enterprise SaaS, fintech, IoT, robotics, security and privacy, mobility, marketplaces and ocean-related. Semapa Next defines itself as generalist, but with special interest in Climate Tech, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, Fintech, Health Tech, cybersecurity, sustainability, blockchain and Prop Tech. Finally, technology companies in the IT, digital and sustainability sectors are Bynd's preference.
The session will start at 11am with a roundtable discussion with representatives of the invited investment funds. Afterwards, the registered companies will have the opportunity to make a 3-minute pitch to the investors present. During the afternoon, one-on-one meetings of about 30 minutes will take place between the starups and each investor.
